Job Description
Client Engagement

• Engaging with client on regular basis presenting value addition through business updates, market benchmarking and the complete suite of packaged solutions to achieve the business outcome.

• Responsible for Project Delivery by developing and leading the project plans and effective operational execution.

• Manage and track implementation of project plan with regular updates to the client.

Business Development

• Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities with existing brands and approaching new opportunities through account mining, networking, and promoting our value proposition.

• Build relationship with clients through personal contact or meetings and promoting our value proposition

• Present convincing business cases to demonstrate clear value to the potential opportunity.

• Work internally cross functionally with other departments to optimize customer experience.

Operational excellence

• Responsible for meeting the delivery targets of the project through effective planning and budgeting.

• Tracks implementation to ensure compliance to set guidelines, takes prompt action to correct problems

• Understands retail environment and builds that into counter sales and store-execution strategy

• Understands the product range and ensures the appropriate sales approach is followed according to brand guidelines

• Aligns with  team to drive off-take targets

• Adheres to timelines of key (starred) activities

• Closes issues relating to product listing, permissions, damaged returns, stock issues, etc.

• Ensures team has right capabilities, skills, resources and information to deliver business objectives

• Manages team performance and motivation

• Ensures discipline in the workplace

• Ensures HHT usage and accuracy of data captured

• Analyse reports from Migrate to take corrective actions to close gaps

• Follows up with relevant stakeholders to close gaps and ensure continuous improvement in in store promotions.
