About the team
This role is a part of our RDP Team. Digital Payments (Retail) provides money movement solutions via multiple channels and Open APIs. The solution suite is integrated with different Channel Solutions & Banking Cores, and also provide best of class Fraud & Risk Management, Information Security, Compliance and Infrastructure.

What you will be doing
  • Plans, performs and implements process improvement initiatives, e.g., ISO, Lean or Six Sigma.
  • Strong understanding of role ofPO and US Financial and/or Payments industry especially in Bill Payment & Peer to Peer products. `
  • Responsible for getting work frombusiness and work as a liaison between team and product management. .
  • Co-ordinate with IT Dev and QA to address the business clarifications Ensure the nature and extent of thebusiness needs and project requirements.

What you bring :
  • Should be experienced PO to seedthe team for future growth in FIS.
  • Should have the ability tocritically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up fromlow-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs.
  • Proactively communicate andcollaborate with different stakeholders both in India and US teams toanalyze information needs and functional requirements and deliver the artifacts as per project needs.
  • Experience working with U.S. based teams is must

  • Knowledge of FIS’ products and services.
  • Knowledge of the business goals, objectives and business operations for the appropriate FIS organization
  • Knowledge of financial services industry
  • Knowledge of basic financial analysis principles and ratios
