Leader - F&A Domain ? Deal Anchor, Presales, Proposal Writer , Solution Development Candidate Expectations: Have in-depth knowledge about digital marketing and deep understanding of Finance offerings Good understanding of offering strategy, the standard solution components, the likely adaptations of the solution, as well as knowledge of recent deals/solutions and changes that were made to the standards Local market knowledge?Indepth knowledge on how to caliberate, what will work in a geography Ability to clearly articulate and ?sell? the solution?being able to explain the solution in simple terms?being able to ?draw? the solution on a white board in a few minutes in such a way that the audience understands how it works and what the key variables are that will impact the solution cost Should be able to articulate the solution description, core value proposition and key differentiators in a crisp manner. Should have sound understanding of the Innovation plays and should be able to use them effectively in the proposal. Understand the key components of the proposals and ensure that the proposal flows like a story. Making the proposal very specific for the client (when the client reads it, they should feel that the proposal has been written for them). Strong Relationship Management skills. Client interfacing expertise Should have worked on Deals Minimum $5+ Million, for large global accounts. Responsibilities Deal Anchor will be accountable in engages in $5M+ deals and improves the quality of response, showcasing the best assets and value proposition and articulating strong reasons for clients to buy From Organization. Critical client facing role and this Deal Anchor works closely with the Sales Lead and the Solution Architect in a three-in-a-box model to craft Organization?s response in an end-to-end manner. The Deal Anchor needs to operate in a collaborative manner with all the stakeholders in the deal team and is engaged from stage 0 of the opportunity till closure. He/She will be the primary SPOC to Understand client requirements, competitive landscape, key buyer values to stitch together The organization; s response highlighting key differentiators, core value proposition and solution description in a very crisp manner. Work closely with the Solution Architect to develop the solution and describe the same in the proposal. Managing the sales team, Subject Matter Experts required during the sales process and the communication/ collaboration with Outsourcing Service Delivery Collaborating with the Operating Groups to incorporate their inputs into the proposal. Interfacing with the delivery organization/s to ensure the deliverables being committed in the proposal are signed off before submission.
