Job Description
The Enterprise Sales Lead (South and West India) is expected to develop long-term relationships with a portfolio of clients, by connecting with key business executives and stakeholders. ESL will also be managing a team of Field Sales staff as well as interacting with OEMs.

Areas of Responsibility:
  • Handhold & Monitor the Field Sales staff. Mentor and guide on nuances of cold-calling, Field calls, what to say and how to say it. 
  • Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customers. 
  • Help customers understand our solutions through email, phone, online presentations, screen-share and in person meetings. 
  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors. 
  • Forecast, track and report all owned deals / opportunities
  • Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations. 
  • Responsible to onboard and integrate new clients and developing existing client relationships. 
  • Liaise between the customer and internal teams. 
  • Interact with OEMs like VMWare, HPE, Dell, Microsoft and others and play the anchor role between customer and OEMs during multi-vendor sales opportunities. 
  • Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell. 

Requirements:
  • Proven work experience as a Sales account manager or Sales team lead. 
  • Must have experiences in managing a team of Sales Executives. 
  • Experience of 8 - 10 years. 
  • Hands on experience in sales and an ability to deliver excellent customer experience in a similar IT Industry. 
  • Must have significant Field Sales expertise. 
  • Must be willing to travel within India. 
  • Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular). 
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics. 
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills. 
  • Promptness, crisp and clear thought as well as speech. 
  • Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude. 
  • Masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field.
