Job Description
Our client is looking for candidates for Business Head role in Mumbai

Job Role :

- To engage with NBFC and Banks for finance collaboration for Moneykit, Slonkit and help it to scale.
- Developing Sales and Marketing strategy at the National level to drive successfully personal, business lending products.
- Managing P&L for the business
- Building Business Alliances
- Recruit, manage and develop a strong team

Desired candidate should have;

Experience : 15 + years’ experience in National Level Sales or Business Role with P/L responsibility preferred.

Qualification : Graduate and additional relevant Professional Qualification preferred

- Have relevant experience & exposure either as a part of a Bank or a NBFC as Business Head or National Sales Head for Retail and Business Loans
- Understanding P/L is a must
- Understanding and experience of fintech is an advantage
- Understanding of various polices and processes of Banking, NBFC
- Strong Team building skills
- Strong Customer relation
