Draw up a shared vision of the business in line with the
organization vision along with the reporting head
Work closely with all key stake holders to strategize and draw
up a comprehensive business plan for meeting the shared
and agreed upon business goals
Track all business development activities, analyze quarterly
progress and suggest new strategies based on finding
Managing team to ensure business targets are achieved
Responsible for team enablement through training programs
Have handled similar role in previous assignment
Have been responsible for managing 100 cr plus business
Passion for technology products and accessories
Have had vendor management experience
Experience in leading and motivating a sales team and driving
Knowledge of the sales process with the ability to understand
and interpret customer needs using fact-finding to identify
sales opportunities
Experience in managing e-commerce business will be an
added advantageDesired Profile:

10 Years or more experience with 3-5 years working in a
similar role (Preferably in an Accessory Brand/IT Accessory
Retailing/LFR Chain selling IT products & Accessories)
