We are looking for hardcore sales manager for our real estate industry located in Thane with good exposure 3.5 + yrs experience in HNI Portfolio management

Job description :
1.Meeting new HNI and Ultra HNI clients, with portfolio more than 5cr.
2.Responsible to deal with large Corporate and HNI clients to invest in our real estate products.
3.Responsible for revenue generation.
4.Responsible for networking with major industry players.
5.Identifying the corporate clients that could be targeted, building a good relationship with the decision makers and getting business for the organization.
6.Required to be constantly updated with real estate markets.
7.Gather market Intelligence on competitors and their activities.
8.Responsible for achieving targets set by the organization.
9.Responsible for identifying customer needs and providing them investment options in our real estate products.
10.Taking all necessary knowledge enhancement efforts.
Mandatory skills:-
Should have good knowledge about locations, projects and market trends in real estate
Should have good knowledge in English and local languages
Should be well-versed in vendor management & development Team Management Documentation
Must have in depth knowledge of Marketing Real Estate projects (First home/Second home)
Must be Go Getter & Charismatic Excellent time-management skills
Follow up with prospective clients and should be an expert in closing deals maintaining and exp
Analytical mindset and high attention to detail with precision
Strong sense of Consumer Experience and developing the same experience in-house
Strong problem solving capabilities and willingness to take responsibilities and ownership
Responsible to drive the Sales- Business Development & ensure timely delivery of assignments
Should be able to generate Leads, deal with Client and Calling ability etc
Regular client meetings and client acquisition and creating database for future
Execute sales plan by initiating client meetings, responding to client calls, conducting scoping discussions, etc
