Job Description
We are looking for Business Development Managers, who will be responsible for lifestyle market penetration

in various cities of India to accomplish the company objectives. The responsible person would get immense

opportunities for efficient career growth and networking in the company and the industry as well.

Ultimately, you should be able to identify, generate, and convert franchise leads by building a network,

meeting with potential clients, cold calling, email marketing, and customer relationship management.

Responsibilities and Duties:

 Locating and proposing potential business deals by contacting potential franchise partners/dealerships;

discovering and exploring opportunities

 Improving and growing Business for Dealers, improve profitability through careful strategic planning and

positioning in the appropriate markets

 Ability to seek out the appropriate contact in a targeted organization

 Giving Presentations about our services to investors & Brands

 Identify Franchise/dealership partners for key identified markets, area mapping

 Focus will be on bringing in Dealerships (field will be Apparels, Medical devices, electronics, Health &

Wellness products).

 Designing, developing and maintaining the sales process in the organization (including its sales, services,

end to end solution, sending monthly, weekly and daily reporting, taking proper actions to close gaps)

 Development of proposals, agreements, and pitch for prospective clients

 Handling responsibility by coming up with suitable solutions and inputs wherever required either from

clients or investor for increasing the closure probability

 Keep regular interaction with key clients for better extraction and expansion

 Tracking and reporting competition in the market and taking appropriate actions to stay a step ahead

 Presenting our Franchisee/Dealership Business proposal to the potential franchisee brand, strong follow-

up

 Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests;

exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments

 Sourcing and recruiting new dealerships/franchises, along with managing the existing ones

 Negotiation and closure

 Cross-selling and Up-selling

 Maintaining Reports

 Should be target oriented

Requirements:

 Education level: Minimum Graduation

 Experience: 4+ years of relevant work experience (Min 2 years in a company)

 Ethics and integrity of the highest degree

 Specific skills: Self-starter, excellent negotiation skills, handling stress, competitive

 Strong communication skills (via phone, email or in-person)

 Excellent organizational skills with an ability to think proactively and prioritize work

 Speaks English, Hindi and Marathi fluently

 good knowledge about the retail market (will be given preference)

 Able to travel- Will attend trade shows, conduct market visits with prospects as necessary

 Must be driven, with an entrepreneurial spirit

- Good perks and incentives according to the company norms

- Both male and female candidates can apply
