About Company:Company is a leading solutions provider in Instrumentation, Automation & System Integration.

ELIGIBILITY:

* Degree/Diploma in any Engineering or in Business Management.

* 5 - 6 years of relevant Business Development experience

* Good client relationship management.

* Good Communication & Presentation Skills.

* Experience in System Sales (PLC/ DCS/ SCADA) to OEM, EPC, End Users, Process Control

* Domains, Factory Automation, etc Market research & Analysis experience.

* Ability to work independently.

Nature of Job:

1. Lead Generation

2. Involve in tendering & bidding process

3. Customer interaction/Relationship building

4. Managing Sales team- Target setting & Review, Approvals, Appraisals etc.

5. Meeting the sales target

6. Identifying new business opportunities & making business models
