Job Description
Minimum 6 years of working experience in Marketing, Sales, Lead generation, Enquiry generation & Market analysis in B2B environment for Technical projects/products etc.
Experience in Training management is preferred.
Purpose of the Role:
Market Analysis and develop the marketing strategy
Marketing & BD of Corporate Training services with new lead generation
Meet the annual revenue & margin targets
Customer retention & repeat orders

Responsibilities :
New customer/business lead generation in line with planned strategy
Understanding the customer requirements & translate into executable action
Provide Business & commercial proposals, develop MOUs
Ensure desired margins
MIS reporting
Market survey & analysis

List the competencies required to perform your job to the requirement

Technical / Functional:
- Good knowledge of Various Industrial sectors in India.
- Understanding of Technical/functional requirements of cutomers
- Willingness to use various media channels to scour and generate leads (LinkedIN, Trade sites or any other sites), journals, Company databases.

- Good Interpersonal & persuasive Skills;
- Strong communication skills with good etiquettes.
- Well organized & flexible.

Must ready to travel PAN India.

About Company

NTTF - an educational foundation established in the year 1963 - is the living symbol of Indo-Swiss co-operation; aimed at promoting purposeful Technical Education for the youth of India. The seed was put in place at Thalassery (Kerala), in the year 1959. In its mission, the Foundation was actively supported with generous assistance from the Government of Switzerland, HEKS (a Swiss NGO), and Swiss Development Co-operation (a development agency in Switzerland). The Government of India and the State Governments also extended their support. Venkataramani, Managing Director, India Pistons Ltd., Mr. Lakshmanan, Chairman & Managing Director, Senapathy Whiteley Pvt. Ltd., Mr. Sarosh J. Ghandy, Advisor to the Chairman, Telco Construction Equipment Company Ltd, Mr. R. Srinivasan, former managing Director, Widia India Limited (currently Kennametal India Limited), Mr. Aroon Raman, Managing Director, Raman Fibre Science Pvt. Ltd, Mr. R. Rajagopalan, Director-Finance, NTTF and Mr. N. Reguraj, Managing Director, NTTF.

All NTTF programs and related curriculua are updated and revamped under a team of eminent personalities representing academia and industry. Currently the Academic Council is headed by Mr. M. S. S. Varadan.

The training activities are managed by Mr. N. Arulselvan - COO and Director (Training), NTTF, and Mr. K. Venugopal - COO and Director, NTTF; assisted by a well-trained and dedicated faculty.

NTTF offers various programs at the Postgraduate Degree, Postgraduate Diploma, Post Diploma, Diploma and Certificate levels, apart from various non-formal/vocational programs. All programs offered by NTTF are employment-oriented and industry-focused. A Faculty Development Centre is coming up at the NTTF facility in Dharwad (Karnataka).
