Job Position:Business Development Manager – E-commerce Division

Through our various retail & e-retail channels, we are well on our way to achieving this vision.
And as the Business Development Manager of our e-commerce division, well, you will have to manage the entire project.
Job Description
• Business Development –
• Overall promotion of our private labels - Just Linen, Just Women & Just Hospitality.
• Partnering with select e-commerce portals in India & around the world, to sell our products.
• Building and maintaining relationships with existing e-commerce business partners.
• Market Research: Identifying and understanding market trends in terms of activities in the e-commerce space, competitor analysis etc. and matching them with our products& brands.
• Planning & Strategy: Formulation and execution of short-term tactics and long term strategies for increased performance of our brands online.(Planning, Designing, and Implementing the same)
• Operations– Setting SOP’s for product cataloging, order processing, inventory management, deliveries & payments, and managing them with the entire team.
• Co-ordination with merchandising and sourcing departments for new products development and ranges.
Experience:
• Minimum of 2-3 years with an E-commerce company in a similar capacity.
• Experience with textile / garment industry would be an added asset.
• Experience selling nascent (embryonic/start-up) products/services into new markets is a plus.
Qualification:
• Preferably Post Graduation / MBA in marketing or related fields.
• Graduation in any field
Skill Sets:
• Excellent grasp over the English Language
• Strong interpersonal skills; ability to interact and establish relationships
• Keen knowledge and interest relating to the retailing, internet and e-commerce
• Proficient in Microsoft Office & related tools, especially MS Excel.
• Strong critical thinking and evaluation & analytic skills
• Sense of commitment, innovation and initiative along with strong work ethics
• Team player with ability to lead a team of at least 8-10 people
• Ability to multitask & work for long hours

Annual Remuneration: INR 4.00 – 5.00 lacs (depending upon individual profiles)

Current Markets are in India, Middle East & USA.

Our Export Division started in 2008, supplies Ladies Garments & Bed Linen products to select Catalogue Companies in USA & Europe.
Current Exports are to the tune of INR 30 million.

E-Commerce Division
Going forward, in the year 2013, keeping in tune with the future of global Retailing, We ventured into E-Retailing by launching our own Public Portal, www.3wfashions.com.
To further widen the reach of our Brands, 2014 onwards
we partnered with leading Online Market Places in India.
