Job Description

1. Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and

customer satisfaction

2. Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs

3. Identify new sales lead in different markets including US/UK/Europe/

APAC and others

4. Generating leads by cold calling to CEO, CMO, VP etc. and online

bidding via portals including elance, upwork, Guru and many more

5. Pitch in for product/services including mobile, web application,

blockchain management, e-commerce solutions and many more and

convert into revenue generation clients

6. Arrange business meetings with prospective clients

7. Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting

clients’ objectives

8. Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules

and guidelines

9. Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.

10.Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers

11.Ensuring all the client’s queries are dealt with promptly and

efficiently. Wherever required escalated appropriately.


Lead Generation

1. Researching organizations and individuals online (especially on social

media) to identify new leads and potential new markets

2. Generating leads through cold calling, email marketing, online

bidding, ad words and other medium

3. Researching the need of other companies and learning who makes

decision about purchasing

4. Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport or

set up meetings

5. Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives

6. Attending conferences, meetings and industry events

Client handling

1. Preparing powerpoint presentations and sales display

2. Contacting clients to inform them about the new developments in the

company’s product

3. Developing quotes and proposals including negotiating

4. Developing sales goals and ensuring that they are met


1. Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales

executive or a relevant role

2. Knowledge of Software, IT, digital application (mobile and web)


3. Proven sales track record

4. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)

5. Proficiency in English

6. Market knowledge & IT fluency

7. Communication and negotiation skills

8. Ability to build rapport

9. Time management and planning skills

10.Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
