Job Description
Duties and responsibilities:-

• Achieve Top line and Bottom line Targets

• Position the Entire Range of Products and Solutions to end customers

• Create, Nurture and Manage Relationships with a Set of Clients / Accounts and Drive Sales for

all Products and Solutions from FBT in these Accounts

• Maintain Complete Data about all Accounts

• Interface with various internal teams and ensure customer satisfaction across deliveries and

after sales support

• Ensure timely collection of Receivables

• Plan and Strategize on Managing and Selling to the Accounts

• Work with Product Managers to Understand, Position and Close Sales in the Accounts

• Work with Existing Accounts and Develop New Accounts

• Make Presentations / Calls with Clients to position and articulate the Solutions and ensure closure of the deal along with the Product Manager

• Attend required Training and be updated in the Products and Technology

• Maintain and Manage Funnels

• Regular Reporting to Manager with all relevant information

Qualifications include:

• Education : BE / B Tech in Computer Science / Electronics preferably with MBA in Sales

• Knowledge SI products and solutions

• Ability to independently probe and understand customer pain areas and suggest solutions to solve the problems

• 3+ Years of Sales Experience in the IT industry

• At least 2 years of dedicated Experience of Selling Solutions to Corporates and SMB

• Proven Ability of having achieved Targets in a Team Environment

• Self-Motivated with Good Communication and Presentation Skills

• Sales and Certifications in Various Solutions preferred
