Job Description
We are looking for Business Development Manager with 8-9 yrs of experience who can help us in procuring new IT projects. 

Job Description:
  • Understand requirements, budget, decision making, process to award contracts and then close business (particularly Software projects). 
  • Able to work independently from Lead generation to Successful business closure. 
  • Efficiently keeping in regular contact with existing prospects.
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
  • Preparation & participation in tenders.
  • Project cost estimation.
  • Developing strong market knowledge of existing and potential clients and ensuring business growth.
  • Study existing competitor solutions.
  • Capability presentation to clients.
  • Developing a targeted long-term new business strategy to also encompass regional and international brand owners and foster growth in these key areas for the future.
  • Create weekly/monthly forecasts on revenue/target management and end of month reports on revenue and market performance. 
  • Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners' needs and goals.
  • Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
  • New Business development, existing client retention and up-selling existing and upcoming product and services.
  • Proven experience in sales.
  • Experience with design and implementation of business development strategy.
  • Identifying areas for expansion and development.
  • Should have excellent communication skills.
