1. Identifying prospective clients from overseas (US,UK, India) doing feasibility studies and project scope, generating business from existing accounts and developing them to achieve consistent profitability.
2. Should have worked on all aspects of the sales cycle right from sales planning, lead generation, client acquisition, revenue optimization from existing clients.
3. Should have understanding of software development.
4. Meet the profitability revenue goals, grow the market share, and provide customer satisfaction.
5. Send regular updates to the management and actively participate in the decision making process.
6. Assist in marketing and presales activities.
7. Interaction with clients to understand requirements and business potential, maintaining good client relationship existing client as well as new clients.
8. Nurture existing partnerships with our clients.
9. Developing and motivating teams to do better.
10. Should have a strong sales acumen, leadership, negotiation and analytical skills.
11. Planning post-sales operational activities with the Operations team and making sure that the delivery is done as per the SLAs given by the clients.
12. Responsible to meet revenue & sales targets.
13. Involved in formulation of a business plan and recruitment strategy.
14. Reviewing Daily Activity Reports (DAR) & Daily Sales Reports (DSR).
15. Preparing weekly & Monthly Revenue reports, account Performance & monitoring reports.
• Exceptional spoken and written skills in English.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office – Word, Excel and PPT.
• Experience with International Clients & IT Software Industry is a big plus.
• Give client support via. Mail, Chat & calling, Skype.
