SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Responsible for business development in the region.
• Relationship building & management with the customers in the region.
• Would be responsible for engaging clients for TA consulting services, RPO and other researching services.
• Pro-active market mapping, prospecting, & engaging with potential clients.
• Interacting with the key/named accounts on a regular basis and tapping further opportunities.
• Collating market intelligence, researching and executing BD plans.
• Job also requires the person to do certain level of product management and corporate marketing activities via digital / social media.
• Also responsible for using market / customer inputs for effectively designing new TA products / services.
• Actively support the market strategy with independent handling of areas of responsibility.
WORK EXPERIENCE & OTHER ABILITES REQUIRED:
• MBA is a must.
• Natural flair for relationship building, more of a listener than a talker and tenacious attitude are must qualities.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of sales / BD experience of which at least 1 year should be in any B2B industry.
• Capable of engaging with clients and understanding their needs.
• The right person would be smart, self-starter and aggressive go getter.
