Fidelis is looking for Business Development Management professionals for Enterprise Customers from Background Verification, Staffing Companies, IT Services companies in the small/ mid-tier space, BFSI industry and it's a permanent position with one of the best verification service brands in the country.

Business Development Manager who can lead and oversee the development and growth of profitable new business and develop and maintain effective key agency relationships.

You will be responsible for all aspects of managing the Business Development function to ensure the Company's business development goals are met.

The goal is to contribute to the development and refinement of Companys vision and strategy.

Responsibilities:
  • To ensure a good level of understanding and knowledge of organizations products and services which is improved and maintained at all times, ensuring that customer queries can be dealt with accurately and appropriately.
  • To act as the driving force behind the development and implementation of business objectives. Develop, review, and report on business development strategy, ensuring that strategic objectives are well understood and executed by the team.
  • To prepare the Business Development plan and oversee all elements of Marketing activity to ensure alignment and achievement of objectives.
  • Support the overall process of management and corporate decision-making to ensure the organization maximizes its short, medium and long-term profitability.

  • To plan and deliver revenue generating and profile-raising events that support new business development and renewals.
Desired Candidate Profile: 
  • Proven experience as Business Development Manager Proven experience with Enterprise customers. Industries Background Verification, Staffing Companies, IT Services companies in the small/ mid-tier space, BFSI.
  • Bangalore Based
  • Go-Getter / Self- Driven Individual. Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels Excellent organizational skills Ability in problem-solving and negotiation
