Job Description
• You will be given an extensive portfolio of products to design and sell from scratch with detailed vision and support. This would become eventually a global portfolio. You should be creating awareness of product on social media, advertising media, schools and government body

• The capability to develop detailed product knowledge quickly and confidently, communicating it to close business deal

• Identifying right clients across, generate new leads through research and networking. Confidently take leads and turn them into new business. Increase referrals and recommendations. Research the competitors and design a product map and direction

• Passionate to build a start-up with the strong mind-set of an entrepreneur, strong commitment, long-term plan to work with dedication

• Carry out negotiations and coordinate complex decision-making process to capture new business opportunities

• Collaborate with IT team for product transformation. You will create road map and E2E journeys of product

• You will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities and developing Market Strategy, Competition Analysis, Pricing Strategy & helping the business in customer acquisition and revenue generation

• Handling the responsibility of online sell and ensuring sales target and KPI targets are achieved. Organise workshop with potential clients

What you will be doing?

- Proactively sourcing new business.

- Gathering and chasing new leads via Social Media including LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook.

- Understanding customer needs face to face to identify the best possible marketing solutions for them.

- Delivering excellent customer service and building rapport with your customers to gain continuous business and referrals.

- Planning your days efficiently to enable best use of your time.

- Attending Sales meetings and conferences when required to share best practice from your manager and rest of the team

Requirements:

• Previous experience working within a Sales or Digital environment.

• The ability to self-generate leads, in addition to company supplied leads.

• The ability to take ownership and propose solutions to customers.

• Driven and goal orientated mind-set.

• Socially confident and able to demonstrate high levels of emotional intelligence.

• The ability to engage and build excellent rapport with your customers.

• Ability to drive! You must have a Driving Licence

• Graduate/Post Graduate with experience in online sales, Business Development and Key Account Management in online marketing

• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills with the strong grasping & convincing abilities. The job involves extensive travel within the location. It may requires abroad travelling
