Our client one of th top MNC is looking for ACCOUNT EXECUTIVES / ACCOUNT MANAGERS - for Mumbai, Pune and Ahmadabad location immediately.

EXP - 3 TO 6 YEARS
JOB LOCATION - INDIA ( MUMBAI, PUNE & AHMADABAD)
EDUCATION -Graduates from approved Government Universities, with excellent communication skills in spoken English, Fluency in the local state language is an added advantage.
GOOD - COMMUNICATION IS MANDATORY TO APPLY.
INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE - FRIGHT FORWARDING
ROLE - new business acquisition, to offer best in class, executive level management solutions to customers. Achieve Set Targets related to business development and technology solutions and contribute profitability to the Organization.
Professional Selling Skills/Consultative Selling techniques

2. Customer Satisfaction and Objection Handling Skills for maintenance and sustainability.

8. Communication and Presentation Skills
Travels to customer sites for face-to-face meetings to gather information about their businesses and identify opportunities for solutions.

 Customizes standardized presentation templates with customers’ information to illustrate benefits of solutions to customers.

 Analyzes customers’ billing technology to understand their needs.

Utilizes Total Enterprise Account Management System (TEAMS) to document customer information and provide account status to the sales team.

 Maintains and monitors records of customer information and account performance to track sales performance to objectives
Experience of delivering aggressive sales targets.
Facilitates research of customer complaints (e.g., late deliveries, damages, billing questions, etc.) to determine appropriate resolution personnel,
