Identifying clients through research and lead generation. Reaching out to new and existing clients via cold calling and meetings. Engage the client and work on their briefs. Plan campaigns on radio/TV/Digital which best fit the client’s requirements. Coordinate with studios to get the creatives done and deliver the same to the client on time. Post closure, keep the client engaged and service their needs on an ongoing basis.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
