We are looking for energetic Business Development Executives/Managers/Sr. Manager to work full time. The ideal candidate should have experience in Corporate Sales of General Insurance and be looking for wider and more challenging exposure. 

Position Overview:

The BDM will be responsible for customer acquisition and after sales service at branch and support brand promotion. This is an active all-round business development role which will be educational as well as challenging, motivating and rewarding for the right individual.

The Person:

This role will be ideal for someone who is

· passionate about consultative selling

· passionate about people and customer service

· a keen eye for detail and insistence on quality

· good with communication

· flexible, enthusiastic, able to work hard, as well as enjoy the fun aspects of a youthful team

· self assured and has initiative

Skills & Experience:

· Extensive experience in life insurance & general insurance business development

· Expert in liaising with channel partner insurance companies

· Maintain an excellent service culture

· Natural problem solver

· Self learner

The following will be of substantial help although not a necessity:

· Already managing a set of clients of life & general insurance

· Good understanding of various insurance schemes/products available in the market

· Capable of performing research & analysis, business networking etc

Responsibilities:

· Identify business opportunities by finding prospects and evaluating their position in the industry

· Sells product by establishing contact with prospects and recommending need based solutions

Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
