Job Description
        We are actively looking for a Business Development executive for our company who will be capable of handling IT marketing strategies & implementation independently. Should have a flair for business presentation, client retention, attention to details, in-depth product/service knowledge, and business. English fluency and is willing to travel to client/office locations as and when necessary.

Job Location: Kolkata / Hyderabad / Bangalore 
(Depending on candidate’s current location) 

Salary: Negotiable as per expertise 
 
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications: 
• Good Communication and Socializing skills to keep healthy relations with new and existing clients, good Presentation skills 
• In depth knowledge of IT industry current and trending subjects 
• Good negotiation ,convincing and client servicing skills 
• Critical Thinking & Ability to Work Under Pressure 
• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum 3-5 years of marketing experience preferably in ITES/IT domain, related technologies, application development, automation etc. 

Job Description: 

• Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging personal network. 
• Identify potential clients, pitch the clients and convert the prospect leads into sales. 
• Assess the client needs and makes recommendations, including IT hardware, support and service packages 
• Prepares sales visits and presentations to pitch product, service, and combination packages to clients 
• Suggest customization of the products & services as per requirement of client coordinating with the developers & in house team. 
• Present to and consult with mid and senior level management on business trends with a view to develop new services, products, and distribution channels. 
• Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales. 
• Using knowledge of the market and analyzing the competitors, identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators. 
• Arrange and participate in internal and external client debriefs
