Job Description:

1. Business development & revenue generation for recruitment & staffing business through client acquisition.

2. Connecting with new or old clients.

3. Maintaining clients data.

4. Develop business with existing and new clients.

5. Understanding Job Specifications for positions across Job categories and Industries from clients.

6. Managing new and existing accounts with regular meetings and follow up.

7. Market research and interacting with prospect clients through different mediums such as calls, emails, social networking sites.

8.New client Acquisition would be the main part of this role.

Required skills:

Exceptional written, communication and presentation skills.

Commitment to exceed targets.

3. Strong Planning and organization Skills with ability to manage customer expectation.

4. Well organized and ability to prioritize under pressure.

5. Able to build good working relationship across all levels.

6. Rapport-Building with Clients.

7. Able to work in a team and Individuality.

8. Self Motivated and driven to plan and execute sales generation.
