Job Description
  • Generate new sales leads (networking, cold calling, building and maintaining relationships)
  • Regularly visit new and existing accounts, understand their requirements and present solutions.
  • Build and develop strong relationships with key decision makers from target customers.
  • Deliver agreed on revenue & sales targets and share objectives on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis; achieve monthly KPI’s
  • Making contact with prospective, current and former clients to identify business opportunities for company products and services
  • Formulate sales and marketing strategies to support business growth
  • Develop a new business prospect listing to ensure that future new business development is planned in advance.
  • Responsible for contract negotiations
  • Preparing and presenting Quotations to Customers
  • Maintain close working relationships with the in-house sourcing team, Operations department, and overseas recruitment & sourcing agencies to support new and existing customers.
  • Undertake sales presentations to customers and business communities to present the company and its products and services.
  • Working closely with the internal team to meet customer requirements
  • Contribution towards Net revenue with Higher Profit Margin
  • Deliver agreed on revenue & sales targets and share objectives on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis; achieve monthly KPI’s
  • Outstanding and Payment collection from respective customers
  • Retaining customers and protecting their service requirements
  • CRM and sales Module updation and MIS report submission
  • Business Development Executive/ Sales Executive with minimum 2-3 years of solid track record in corporate Sales/Recruitment/ HR Consultancy/Executive Search/ Outsourcing Industries.
  • Commercially astute with strong negotiation and client management skill
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English are essential
  • University degree preferably in Marketing

  • Preference will be given to the Candidates from India with MNC/ Corporate experience and ready for immediate Joining.
  • Age Group: 26 Yrs to 33 Yrs.
