Business Development Executive in Educational Industry -- Chennai & Coimbatore

Job Opening: Business development
Introduction: Company is a two year old start up, founded & supported by a team of
Professionals with experience of working in varied domains in reputed MNCs like Accenture, Google Edu, TENVIC Sports an
initiative of former cricketer Anil Kumble.
We work with leading Educational institutions and corporate on multiple technology requirements (Technology Hardware,
Solutions (not any ERP) etc). Within a span of two years we have working presence in Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka.
Our goal is to deliver maximum benefit (cost/quality, etc) to customers on their tech requirement and in the process build our
organization into a brand of international repute. More details during the interview.

Core skill set:
● Prior experience in selling to Education institutions ie. They should have knocked the schools to sell and good
knowledge on the entire decision making tree. Also territory knowledge on the school locations and their category
etc. Tech product selling experience would be helpful but not mandatory as long as the person can grasp technology.
● Clear understanding of the Sales process- from mapping customers to closure
● Agile, shrewd, ethical
● Target oriented and record of achieving it
General skills:
● Willingness to learn & adapt, work hard & smart, travel if required(expenses will be borne by the company)
● Polite and courteous
● Passion, commitment, discipline, dedication
● Good communication skill; good articulation and fluent English will help
● Willingness to invest in career and reap rewards in the long run. Avoid short-sightedness. Its not a 9-5 job mindset!

Compensation: As per industry standards Rs 10,000 – Rs 25000 per month based on skills, previous pay package, etc
*Any higher salary is purely based on the capability of the candidate-demonstration of exceptional ethics, experience,
territory knowledge, previous pay package, etc.
Work Experience: From 2 years and above of relevant work experience.
**Candidates with vehicle are preferred.
