Job Description
BDE is responsible for generation of productive / qualitative lead and getting approval

from the clients (Architects, Interior designer /Electrical contactors/ Builder/ System

Integrator/ Electrical accessories show room / End user) and forward the approved

lead to respective sales team. Assisting sales department by acquiring new customers

and generating revenue for organization.

KRA (Key Responsible Area) :-

 Identifying new sales leads.

 Maintaining database of same

 Pitching products and/or services.

 Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers.

 Execution of lead generation strategy.

 Turning inquiries into productive leads.

Desired Skill :-

 Excellent communication skill (Both verbal & written )

 Candidate should good at presentation

 Good at Ms office (Word , excel , Power point)

 Positive Attitude

 Problem Solving Ability

 Self starter attitude
