Job details:

• About Company : It manages Rewards and Recognition, Sales incentive programs, Brand merchandising, Channel partner engagement programs and rural marketing, based on the client's needs. We are a one stop solution for many of our esteemed clients. There are 3 key relations to any organisation – end clients or users, channel partners and employees.

• Location : Gurgaon

• Experience : 1 – 4 Years

• Salary : 2.4 lac to 4 lac

• Working Days : 6 Days a Week (9:30 AM to 6:30 PM)

• Job description

• Manage existing sales pipeline.

• Generate leads (i.e., cold calling, events, etc.).

• Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services

• Developing quotes and proposals.

• Build long-term trusting relationships with clients

• Convert prospects to regular sales.

• Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans

• Maintaining MIS and ability to generate reports / dashboards
