Understanding of web, mobile & software domain is must. 3.To be involved in Pre-Bids, Follow ups, Competition Analysis Tracking and following the sales trends in the market. 4.Confident communicator, active listener with problem solving approach, having zeal to drive through target. 5.Excellent English verbal and written communication skills must with Strong interpersonal skills. 6.Open to work in different shifts.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
