ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Sales Development
Develops and executes a comprehensive regional sales plan
Develops and maintains a strong pipeline
Understands the customer's ecommerce business and experienced in solution selling
Meet Quarterly and Annual quotas

Requirement & Qualification
10+ years of technology services and solution selling experience
Experience in ecommerce/ OMS selling is plus
Retail B2C, B2B experience is a plus
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Experience selling various delivery models ( Onsite, offshore)
Wide variety of IT and business consulting engagement experience.
Works well in a matrix organization
Must be well networked and have dealt/interacted successfully with C Level executives
Well network background with top leading technology driven companies.
Have experience in S/W contract negotiations.
Hands-on experience with proposal creation and leading proposal presentations.
Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
