Roles and Responsibility:

Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business. Cold call as

appropriate within your market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of


 Need to generate Business. Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and

leveraging your network.

 Must have team leading skills.( Who had at least led 15+ members in their team)

 Identify potential clients and the decision-makers within the client organization.

 Research and build relationships with new clients. Proven working experience as a

business development manager.

 Proven sales track record. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software

 Communication and negotiation skills. Ability to build rapport.

 Time management and planning skills

 Experience in Service based company and Having Knowledge in the Security and

Surveillance Industry is an addOn.
