Hiring Business Development Executive or Manager BD for Domestic IT Staffing

Permanent Staffing/Temporary Staffing/Contract Staffing/Contract-to-Hire/RPO Model

About us: 10+ Years old in IT Staffing Business handling Permanent & Contract Positions for IT & NON IT Industry Clients. Successfully placed 2000+ Employees in PAN India.

Experience: 1 - 6 Years

Salary: Best in the Industry

Work Location: KPHB, Hyderabad 
Salary : 20k - 40k per month  Budget
Responsible for cold calling, generating leads/Vendorship/Client Agreement in Domestic IT Staffing Market with in India

Client Acquisition experience in IT/ITES Industry for both Contract & Permanent Staffing Resources

Decent knowledge on Indian/Global IT staffing industry.

Desired Profile:

Relevant experience as a Business Development Executive or Manager in any Domestic IT Staffing Company

Proven ability in Business development, clients follow ups, revenue generation, coordination, meeting with clients & regular client interactions.

Must have Excellent communication, Email, Negotiation skills for this position.

Extensive experience in bringing new clients/business for the company by selling Staffing Solutions / Services.

Good experience in Cold Calling and Lead generation for Indian markets cities like Hyderabad, Chennai, Bangalore, Mumbai, Pune, Noida, Delhi, and other cities.

Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.

Able to deal at the HR - Senior Manger/VP/ GM, CEO, Director, CXO level, Key Decision makers

Exceptionally skilled at forging long-term relationships with existing clients.

Accurately forecasts revenue streams & Prepare budgets for the same.

Should be able to walk the extra mile if required to ensure business growth, self-starter and an independent thinker.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Generate leads from entire India region for Radsearch HR by selling Staffing Solutions / Services that is offered by Radsearch HR.

Prepare Proposals, Presentations for New Business acquisition.

Develop and sustain effective new Business relationships with clients in order to leverage and set up effective commercial deals.

Send email campaigns/ newsletters, Follow ups with Clients.

Negotiate with clients and finalize the contracts/Agreements
