The role of a Business Development Executive is to assist the organization’s sales and growth efforts by contributing to new customer acquisition. He/she should be able to provide ideas to attract new clients and keep the senior management updated about marketplace and competitor activity.
The primary role and responsibilities of a Business Development Executive include: 1. Build contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities. 2. Keep prospective client database updated. 3. Support in writing new business proposals. 4. Maintain knowledge of all product and service offerings of the company. 5. Arrange meetings for senior management with prospective clients.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
