Job Description
Business Development strategy, Lead generation, Cold calling, Client meeting, presentation, Key Account management, Relationship Management, Market research, for our recruitment business in India and Middle East.

Job Description:

• Candidates having Strong Business development experience in the following verticals with extremely strong contacts in domains such as Oil & Gas, EPC, Power for India and Gulf countries will be preferred

• Varied Domain Expertise: IT, ITES, Finance, Banking, Insurance, Telecom, FMCG, Engineering, and Manufacturing etc

• Identifies, negotiates and manages strategic relationships with Potential clients

• Prepare business presentations, proposals and showcase company capabilities to prospective clients and their HR teams

• Close new business deals by coordinating requirements, developing & negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.

• Analyze the client's requirements and discuss with specific team managers

• Be a point of contact between the client and the team

• Guide the recruitment team in terms of best places to poach candidates, head hunting strategies, profile explanation, etc.

• Coordinate with client for timely feedback including making repeated visits to client as and when required

• Utilizing client feedback & personal network to develop marketing intelligence for generating leads.

• Conducting competitor analysis by keeping abreast of market trends to achieve market share metrics.

• Driving business growth through identification & penetration of new market segments.

• Post graduate qualification

• Analyze and identify opportunities to secure new businesses.

• Design and implement new strategies to drive business growth in assigned sales market.

• Responsible for handling and building client relationships & facilitating contract / permanent staffing business from client from development to payment procurement.

• Responsible for client acquisitions for respective domain, as well should be able to achieve the target independently.

• Responsible for generating, maintaining and managing strong relationships with the client and fulfilling client staffing needs within minimal time.

• Ensure continuous client satisfaction related to quality control checks and compliance requirements.

• Accountable for all commercial requirement via extending support for acquiring concerned job orders(P.O./SOW), pay rate, bill rate, Contract with the Client etc.

• Share client contact person details for finance team and follow up for final payment within the mentioned timeframe in PO.

• Use consulting approaches in building highly productive business relationships including identifying new client needs and creative solutions.

• Communicates regularly with client to ensure satisfaction with newly placed individuals and resolves issues promptly.

• Monitors and ensure adherence to client policies and procedures.

• Responsible for all documentation with the Client once the candidate is placed.

• Respond to all questions, issues, and requests generated by client managers and/or contingent workers in a timely and professional manner.
