 Job Description:
1. To represent the Directors and handling the clients enquiry.

2. To guide the sales team in handling the customers.

3. Coordinate with sales team for MIS

4. Coordinate with sample team for samples

5. Coordinate with purchase team for raw material availability

6. To arrange plant visits for the customers and potential customers if required.

7. To ensure all customer complaints are resolved properly in time.

8. To ensure proper costing is done prior to sending proposal to customers.

9. Preparation and Submission of daily Sales Report/monthly report.

10. Proper and timely Coordination between marchendiser, production team and customer

11. Submitting reports a) daily action report b) Follow-up sheet c)QS,PA

12. Participating in weekly review meeting.

13. Ensure sales process flow ( Enquiry->quotation->negotiation->PO->merchandising )

14. Any other work as required by management from time to time.

Skills Required

1. Good writing and oral communication skills

2. Good knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

3. Willing to travel extensively

4. Preferably own two wheeler
