Qualification: BE (IT/ Computers), MCA, MCS
Develop understanding of industry, trends, best practices, and competitive landscape. Monitor new technology trends, standards, protocols and tools in areas relevant to the rapidly changing digital environment.
Scope the system, Elicit project requirements, especially the business requirements.
Create Functional Specification Document, Business Requirement Documents, Gap Analysis Document, User Journey and Use Case.
Review and Analysis of the high-level tech requirements, identifying business needs and determining solutions to business problems
Responsible for providing response to RFPs/ RFIs/ RFQs with collaborating with the Product engineering, Dev Ops and Marketing teams.
Assist in the sales cycle by being the brain behind the proposals and solutions sent to the prospects
Build Business Knowledge and Repository of the respective domain by authoring case studies focusing on Proof of work.
Attending meetings with sales team from digital perspective and act as a technical expert.
Work with the test team to make sure the tests adequately cover the requirements.
Run the user acceptance tests

Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
