Analyze and research current workflow needs to develop the business requirements for client implementation. Document requirements, and translate into proper system requirements specifications using high-maturity methods, processes and tools.
Develop visualization, user experience and configuration elements of solution design.
Execute and coordinate requirements management and change management processes.
Responsible for conducting and analyzing impact assessments regarding implementation of IT solutions.
Translate business strategies and objectives into the Implementation requirements provide traceability of Implementation requirements..
Ensure the development team has a clear and complete understanding of the requirements.
Review and ensure that requirements and processes meet established quality standards.
Deploy test environment and conduct/ facilitate final acceptance tests for client production.Skill Set:

4+ years authoring high-level business requirements into detailed
4+ technical specifications in a production environment
2+ years using ETL methodologies in an non-data warehouse environment,
2+ with an emphasis on production data exchange years working with SQL
2+ enterprise databases utilizing SQL Server Management Studio (with the
2+ majority in version 2008 or later) years managing multiple long and
2+ short term projects, working simultaneously with executive sponsors,
2+ stakeholders, and process owners providing daily/weekly feedback and
2+ status reporting; knowledge of OnTime is a plus years"rsquo experience
2+ using MS Excel, Visio, and MS Word
Detail oriented team player able to translate high-level business requirements into detailed technical specifications defining data exchange to and from clients; Active listener able to facilitate communication and provide support to both business owners and technology team members; Maintain strict adherence to defined business practices, through standardization and automation, resulting in a high-level of claims integrity; Flexible, with excellent time and project management skills; Self-starter able to remain focused in a dynamic environment while maintaining a strong commitment to accuracy and timeliness; Ability to interact with the business, development, and technology units within the organization.
