As a part of e-Census 2020 project needs, we are looking for a Business Analyst to plan, design, develop, and launch efficient business, and operations systems in support of core e-Census functions and business processes. Includes gathering and analyzing data in support of business cases and e-Census Business requirements.
Also responsible for generating and compiling reports based on e-Census Registers, complete with probable causes and possible solutions to fix issues.
a) Analyze and Design Business Process workflow for e-Census Registers.
b) Meet with decision makers, Database owners, and end users to define business and operations requirements and systems goals and identify and resolve systems issues.
c) Review and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems and develop strategies for improving or further leveraging these systems
d) Identify and establish scope and parameters of systems analysis in order to define outcome criteria and measure-taking actions Collaborate in the planning, design, development, and deployment of new applications, and enhancements to existing applications.
e) Create systems models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to provide direction to system programmers.
f) Assists in the design and delivery of new proposition and service tool kits for project advancement Assists in the design and lead prototyping and proof of concept programs
g) Assists in the development of the process model process maps
h) Assists in the identification and evaluation of processes
i) Communicates key lessons learned and best practices from across divisional process improvement projects
j) Works with the team leaders to plan and lead improvement projects
k) Works with the team leaders to involve executive management and stakeholders in improvement projects when necessary to eliminate barriers to team success
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
a) A Bachelors degree or higher in a relevant discipline.
b) Certification in UML modeling and Design.
c) Certified in BPMN modeling for business process and design.
d) Minimum 8 years of Business Analysis and process improvement experience.
e) CBAP Certificate desirable.
f) Proven experience in the operation and analysis of database hardware, software, and standards, as well as data retrieval methodologies.
g) Excellent analytical, mathematical, and creative problem-solving skills.
h) Strong customer service orientation.
i) Good knowledge of Business processing and workflow management
j) Good problem-solving skills
k) Good communication skills both written and verbal
l) Preferred Native Arabic speakers
