• Exp: 3-8 Years • Strictly IT Business Analyst experience (not from operations or BPO background) • Must have SQL knowledge • Must have worked with multiple Capital Market players (e.g. Investment Banks, Asset Managers, Wealth Managers, Exchanges, Depositories etc.) • Must have knowledge of at least 2-3 of the key process areas (e.g. Client Onboarding, Trading, Risk & Compliance, Regulatory Reporting, Clearing/Settlement, Asset Servicing etc.) • Experience in Trading, Claim & Settlement, Risk & Compliance, Regulatory Reporting.

Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
