• Experience in Gathering Business Requirements, Communicating directly with end-customers, define scope, designing & preparing Functional Specifications & BRD • Use data modeling practices to analyze findings, create suggestions for strategic and operational improvements and changes • Perform technical analysis, Evaluate and recommend options • Intermediate level of SQL skills for data analysis. • Write detailed technical design documents (Context diagram/Class diagram/ERD) • Experience in BFSI domain specifically in Insurance • Very good knowledge on SDLC Process and must have participated in Project documentation creation/review • Experience in working onsite-offshore model projects. • Work closely with various Business Partners to deliver high-quality application solutions.

New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
