Following is the job description: Business Analyst is the vital link between the information technology capacity and business objectives by supporting and ensuring the successful completion of analytical, building, testing and deployment tasks of software product’s features. Domain knowledge:
Forex (FX) instruments (Spot & Forward) and knowledge on Treasury Management
Having BFSI knowledge is added advantage
Coordinating with 3rd party companies on banking integrations.
Key responsibilities include:
Building business relationships with current and potential customers
Identifying and securing business opportunities
Collaborating with sales and direction to secure and grow accounts
Interact closely with the Product Manager to define the business problem, product vision and primary objectives for the new projects.
Elicit requirements using a variety of techniques, including facilitating cross-functional requirements workshops. Make sure they are defined completely and correctly.
Create Business Requirement Document (BRD) and translate it into functional and non-functional specifications.
Develop user stories and the associated acceptance criteria.
Participates in Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Functional Testing.
Ensure that the end product meets the business objectives
Analyze and model the business domain to create a complete picture of work-flows and technical requirements fulfilled by existing and proposed software.
Support the product owner by discussing business and technical impacts of and dependencies related to priority decisions.
Knowledge on Agile development methodology
1 to 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst (BA) / Business development (sales and delivery).
Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Mathematics or related engineering field

Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
