12 to 20 years for a leading software company based at Bangalore which provides geospatial and engineering services across 172 countries with a workforce of close to 600 professionals.

The ideal candidate is expected to play a significant strategic and operational role to scale up the existing geospatial services business whilst making strategic bets to build new future service lines with entrepreneurial mindset and to spearhead the P&L responsibilities of the GIS Business Unit .
Significant responsibilities are : Design & implementation of business strategy for achieving financial targets, Relentless focus on execution, achieving short-term & long-term targets and robust cash flow management;
Overseeing day-to-day operations of the business;
Ensure overall delivery and quality of services to customers as per our commitment;

Job Description :
To ensure customer service and support all operations. To create customer delight at every interaction.
Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.
Committed TATs are met consistently
Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
