Post – Brand Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a Brand Manager who’ll responsible for adapting a brand strategy for a company's target market. The responsibilities include developing plans to help establish our brand, allocating resources to different projects and setting short-term and long-term department goals. If you’re a skilled Marketing strategist, able to inspire your team members, we’d like to meet you.

Responsibilities and Duties

To be a part of a team which creates and implements a marketing strategy, which includes:

• Brand strategy, including the setting of style guides, brand guidelines, brand vision and value proposition for short as well as long term.

• Planning and execution of all communications and media actions on all channels, including online and social media

• Assisting with product development, pricing and new product launches as well as developing new business opportunities

• Creating and managing promotional collateral to establish and maintain product branding

• Managing the budget for advertising and promotional items

• Competitor and customer insights analysis

• Analysis of sales forecasts and relevant financials and reporting on product sales

• Offline marketing avenues: § Kiosks at malls, cinemas, corporates offices, § Offline events: Lil Flea; Stylecracker Borough etc. § Working with nutritionists

• Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages and promotional material)

• Design branding, positioning and pricing strategies

• Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share

• Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness

• Participate in the quarterly and annual planning of company objectives

• Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the Marketing department

• Set, monitor and report on team goals

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

• Brand awareness - a clear understanding of brands and the marketing mix

• Analytical thinking & skills.

• Possess satisfactory oral communication, people interaction & negotiation skills.

• Understanding of Basic Computer concepts like Excel, Word etc.

• Have the affinity & willingness to learn.

• BSc or MSc in Marketing or relevant field.
