Job Location - Washim

Designation - Branch Manager

1 Leading/managing the team members/customer relationship officers to achieve
the target business numbers.

2 To maintain good relationship with Channel Partners and have good
database from these partners to source leads from them.

3 Result oriented approach and coordination among different team such as credit,
operations, IT, legal, risk etc. in order to achieve the business.

4 Strengthening both direct sourcing and alternate channels such as VCPs in
order to achieve the business target.

5 Taking ownership of the branch and its activities including marketing and branding related. Updating/training the CROs about changes in the product
features or any changes in the procedure on regular interval.

6 To be a part of hiring process of capable and dedicated CROs along with the
higher officials in order to strengthen the human resource position of the
company and thereby ensuring continuous business cycle.

7 Execution of task with complete integrity and transparency
Functional

Responsibilities

1 Achieving the given target within time limits by supporting team members
and continuous generation of business through CROs, VCOs

2 Conducting daily huddle meeting in the first hour with CROs, CM and Ops to
discuss the business strategy, sharing of different ideas, solve/attend any issues
with overall objective of achieving team spirit and business.

3 Ensuring timely and regular log in by the respective CROs in order to keep the
business flowing on continuous basis.

4 Conducting PPD, PD with utmost sincerity and agility to decide the genuine
requirement/capacity of the borrower and timely delivery of the results.

5 Coordinating with all departments like Business, Credit/Risk, Operation in order
to disburse the cases without any delay.

6 Ensuring creation of mortgage wherever applicable with utmost sincerity.

7 Monitoring the portfolio regularly in order to contain any delinquency symptoms
in the initial stage by meeting such clients with proactive measures.

8 Sincere and dedicated effort to recover overdue amount from the respective
clients on regular basis and support to recovery team as and when required.

9 Monitoring the lead flow at the branch through SpotWays/CRM.
