Business plan preparation Target setting for individual sales officers Ensuring effective relationship management with Support new product launches Devise and implement various customer acquisition and customer retention programs Plan for & implement cross sell programs for MSME finance products to existing customers Ensuring that loan proposals are prepared as per the policies of the company Supervision of the workflow Ensure compliance with all branch processes Facilitate and ensure productivity level of all branch staff Ensure the collections target for the branch are met on an on-going basis Ensure superior customer service resulting in customer delight Ensure that branch operations are carried out in a cost effective manner and ensure that branch is profitable.
