Job Responsibilities –


Accountable for achieving Sales Targets

Administer sales of the zone in the assigned location & monitor performance of each sales person

Responsible for generation of revenues and collection of outstanding

Achieving set Branch Profitability / Zone Profitability and Branch Business Target/Zone Business target

Ensuring, Training, Retention and Mentoring of Sales teams

Provide Sales Demo and presentation to prospective customers

Effective Co-ordination with Service Team to ensure high level satisfaction to end customers

Supervise complete performance of the sales team

Opportunity Identification

Well versed with concepts of Corporate Communication, Sales, Consumer Buyer Behavior,

Marketing Research, Sales Force Management, Marketing Management, Marketing Mix and Product Management

Industry Analysis, People leadership, Product Branding

Planning innovative sales strategy to achieve established targets. Effective time management to align sales efforts with sales targets.

Have strong team building & team management ability, leadership ability and persuasive communication skills to inspire the team
