Job Description -

Ø Incumbent will be responsible for managing the book & increasing the profitability of assigned Gold Loan Branch.

Ø Direct all branch level operational activities including business development, customer service & overall administration.

Ø Assessing local market conditions to identify current & prospective opportunities for new customer acquisition.

Ø Maintaining the quality of portfolio by tracking & controlling the threshold IRR.

Ø Ensuring strong follow up for interest collections to keep NPAs in control & thereby achieving higher revenue.

Ø Adhere to high ethical standards and comply with all the laid down processes to ensure high Audit score.

Ø Bring out the best of branch’s personnel by requisite training, coaching, development & motivation.

Any Graduate or Post Graduate can Apply.
Working Days : 6 Days a Week (10:00 AM to 6:30 AM)

Job Nature : Full Time
