Job Description
Branch Manager
Role:  Understand where each SM / RDM is going wrong in (by going on joint calls with SMs
/ RDMs in the areas)  Recruitment Calls  Sales Calls  Advisor Management / Making advisors independent  Coach SMs / RDMs in the above areas through de-briefing, demonstration calls,learning sessions
Monitor results vis-à-vis efforts to stay on top of SM / RDM assessment and
actioning of skill / attitude gaps  Exercise judgments on the efforts required by different SMs / RDMs to produce
results  Target setting for different SMs / RDMs based on ability, vintage and current LA Span
& Quality  Communicate targets, incentive systems, policies and career growth aspects.  Advisor Engagement: Monitoring Top 20 advisors, goal setting / engagement in
getting them to achieve power club  Advisor selection
Team Responsibility:
8 – 10 Sales Managers / Recruitment and Development Managers (RDM)
