Job Description
Responsible & Managing the Holistic End to End Advisor Agency Cycle (Onboarding, Recruitment, Activation & Productivity Management) for assigned locations / branches  Ensuring hiring, managing, retention & development of Consultant Trainers in all locations of the area for conducting IRDAI batches  Overlooking the 25 hrs. Training Program for Advisors through Consultant Trainers  Conducting/coordinating on other relative activities such as brand activations, BOPs etc. to help Sales on recruitment activities.  Flair for Sales (with focus on Advisor Development)  Age 28-35 years of age.  Willing to travel across the assigned locations  Managing Desired Advisor Development Productivity   Locations are GOA, GULBARGA, BANGALORE AND BIJAPUR    Salary range is 3.5 to 4 lakhs   with sales training experience   Interested candidates to apply with CV to [HIDDEN TEXT]   Contact no.9849934684     Prior sales and sales training experience with Insurance sales back ground for atleast for one year is a must
