Technical Support Associate (Voice/Non-Voice)
Job Description: - Inbound Technical Support.
Interface with customers via inbound or outbound calls or the Internet for resolving routine problems related to exchange server, server support, DNS, DHCP, FSMO Roles, Exchange server 2003/2010/2013
Roles & Responsibilities:
-Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed upon procedures.
-Clarify customer requirements; probe for and confirm understanding of requirements or problem.
-Support customers across Telecommunication, Financial Services, Healthcare and Technology vertical.
-Troubleshoot customer issues related to internet broadband, cable, DTH, modem, router, mobile handset etc.
-Any Graduate fresher can apply.
- Under-Graduate / drop out / pursuing Bachelors(6 months ICC experience)- can apply.
-BE/Btech fresher’s are eligible.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-Flexible with 24/7 Environment.
-Salary up to 22000 take home & attractive Incentives amount.
