  • Experience: 0-4Yrs
  • Salary: 2Lpa to 4.5Lpa
  • Transportation: 2 way cab facility
  • Qualification: PUC/Diploma/Graduates & BE/Btech
  • Location: Bangalore
  • Candidates should be fluent in English (oral and written skills)

Roles & Responsibilities

  • To address the queries of the Clients
  • To troubleshoot the concerns raised by clients
  • Previous experience in Customer Service role preferred.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in English & Hindi
  • Freshers with Good communications can also apply.
  • Respond to Customer inquiries and problem escalations.
  • Provide E-mail and Phone support to trouble shoot and resolve issues experience.
  • Provide excellent customer service to our customers.
